SOS  jest zaawansowanym programem z zakresu developmentu dla producentów oraz scenarzystów z całej Europy. Na szkolenie składają się 3 stacjonarne szkolenia, w Londynie, Paryżu oraz Brukseli oraz liczne spotkania one to one.

WIĘCEJ INFORMACJI O SZKOLENIU:

The course is divided into two parts. During the initial development, 16 projects with writers are developed from a one page idea to a long treatment. The workshop will take place for one week in the UK during May, and will then be followed by two one-to-one development meetings specific to each project.

At the end of the initial period, the treatment is submitted and from these projects 6 are selected to go forward to the final development phase. At this stage the 6 producers join the programme.

This second phase will see the long treatment developed to a feature length script, which will then be presented to financiers and key industry figures for feedback. The workshops for the final development phase will consist of 1 week in France, and 2 days in Belgium, after which there will be a final virtual one-to-one meeting.

WHO CAN APPLY

Writers must be able to display the strength of their writing ability, but can not have had more than one feature film produced.

Producers must be at the beginning of their career, and can have no more than two feature film credits as a Producer. This does not include Co-Producer credits.

Application deadline until Wednesday 10th March.

INITIAL DEVELOPMENT PHASE (16 writers)

Mon 3rd May - Fri 7th May - Residential Workshop, in London.
Wednesday 26th May - Submit 1st draft treatment.
Monday 31st May - Virtual one-to-one meeting.
Friday 11th June - Submit 2nd draft treatment.
Wednesday 16th June - Virtual one-to-one meeting.
Friday 25th June - Deliver long treatment.

FULL DEVELOPMENT PHASE (6 writers & 6 producers)

Monday 9th August - Friday 13th August - Residential Workshop, in Paris.
Friday 1st October - Submit 1st draft script.
Wednesday 6th Oct - Thursday 7th October - Residential Workshop, in Brussels.
Thursday 4th November - Submit 2nd draft script.
Wednesday 10th November - Virtual one-to-one meeting.
Friday 26th November - Deliver script.
